Returns & Refund Policy

Applicability: This policy applies exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) transactions between Heberemma (SHANGHAI CHANGMU INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD) and its commercial clients ("Buyer").

1. Orders & Purchases

1.1 All orders must be confirmed in writing via an official Purchase Order or accepted email and are binding only upon Heberemma's written acceptance.


1.2 Prices are as quoted at the time of order confirmation and are subject to change without notice prior to acceptance. Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in a signed agreement.


1.3 The Buyer is solely responsible for verifying product specifications, compatibility, and suitability for the intended application prior to ordering.

2. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Authorization Required: All returns require prior written authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.


3.2 Eligibility & Condition: Returns are accepted only for standard, non-customized stock items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customized, special-order, or configured products are FINAL SALE.


3.3 Restocking Fee & Costs: All authorized returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. The Buyer bears all costs of return shipping, insurance, and handling. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.


3.4 Time Limit & Process: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned to a Heberemma-authorized warehouse (location provided with RMA) within 14 days of RMA issuance.


3.5 Refund Processing: Refunds or credits will be issued only after the returned goods are received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the above conditions. The refund will be for the product price, less the restocking fee and all associated costs.

6.1 Order Cancellation: Orders, once accepted, may not be cancelled without Heberemma's written consent. If consent is granted, the Buyer is liable for all costs incurred up to the cancellation point.


6.2 Governing Law & Disputes: This policy is governed by the laws specified in our overarching Terms & Conditions. Any disputes shall be resolved as per the agreed dispute resolution mechanism therein.

6.4 Policy Updates: Heberemma reserves the right to update this policy. The version effective at the time of order confirmation governs that transaction.

2.1 Delivery Estimates:


* Standard Items: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days after shipment.


* Large/Bulky Items (e.g., Pet Bathtubs): Delivery timeframes are project-based and will be confirmed in writing post-order based on destination and logistics planning.


2.2 Shipping Methods & Costs: Heberemma will arrange shipment using reliable carriers at its discretion. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g., EXW, FOB), shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and will be clearly itemized on the invoice.


2.3 Order Tracking: Upon shipment, the Buyer will receive a shipping notification with tracking details. For large items, a dedicated contact will provide updates.


2.4 Address Guidelines & Delivery:


* The Buyer must provide a complete, accurate commercial delivery address. Addresses for hotels, airports, P.O. boxes, or third-party logistics hubs are strongly discouraged and may lead to failed delivery, additional fees, or disputes over proof of delivery (POD).


* Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.


2.5 Delivery Delays & Force Majeure:


* Heberemma is not liable for delays caused by: (a) incorrect/incomplete address; (b) customs clearance; (c) carrier delays; (d) events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions ("Force Majeure").

4.1 Warranty Claim: Heberemma warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The Buyer must notify Heberemma in writing of any defect within 7 days of discovery and comply with Heberemma's troubleshooting and return instructions.


4.2 Sole Remedy: For products confirmed defective by Heberemma, our sole obligation is, at our option, to: (a) repair the product, (b) replace the product, or (c) refund the purchase price of the defective product.


4.3 Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, accident, modification, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.

5. Limitations of Liability

5.1 In no event shall Heberemma's aggregate liability exceed the total purchase price paid by the Buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.


5.2 Heberemma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
